Georgetown College has a winning athletic tradition, and we are excited that you will be part of that tradition! 如果你是学生运动员, you probably have a few questions about when you will be coming to campus and what you need to do prior to your arrival. Each athlete will receive an official physical when they arrive on campus. 这是必需的. Student-athletes are also required to have an updated insurance card of file. If an athlete needs medical treatment for an injury, they will be responsible for the first $500 of payments. The College’s policy will cover everything remaining after the initial $500.
HOW TO GET ELIGIBLE: THE NAIA ELIGIBILITY CENTER

Typically, student-athletes must meet two of the following three eligibility requirements: a 2.高中平均绩点, ACT得18分或SAT得970分, and/or have graduated in the top 50% of their high school class. 由于COVID-19, the NAIA has continued the previously established ACT/SAT optional exception for the 2022-2023 academic year: first-year students will be deemed eligible if they have a 2.高中平均绩点. 然而, student-athletes who choose to use this exception will have an additional eligibility requirement to be eligible for their sophomore year.
